ZEZTZ Cast Guide — Actors & Characters

Here's the ZEZTZ cast, split the way TV Asahi splits it: the six official main-cast entries from the show's own cast page, then the wider recurring cast that becomes relevant as the story develops. Names below use the show's official Japanese-to-English rendering.

The main cast (official TV Asahi listing)

• Baku Yorozu / Kamen Rider ZEZTZ — played by Ryutaro Imai. A 23-year-old lucid dreamer who receives the ZEZTZ Driver from CODE in Case 1.
• Nemu ("Nem") — played by Maho Horiguchi. A 20-year-old nationally popular celebrity who appears throughout Baku's dreams and, later, in the real story directly.
• Tetsuya Fujimi — played by Kenta Mishima. A 35-year-old assistant inspector heading the Tokyo Metropolitan Police's Public Security Paranormal Affairs section.
• Nasuka Nagumo — played by Rina Onuki. A 23-year-old elite officer in the same Paranormal Affairs section, partnered with Fujimi.
• Minami Yorozu — played by Miki Yagi. Baku's 20-year-old younger sister and a talent manager.
• Nox — played by Yuki Furukawa. A mysterious man operating behind the Nightmares.

Recurring and later-story cast

These names expand on the core six as the story develops. They're documented on fan wikis rather than the official cast page, so treat verification level as one notch below the list above:

• Zero — played by Jay Kabira. The figure who first hands Baku the ZEZTZ Driver inside CODE's base in Case 1.
• The Lady — played by Rie Mimura. Introduced as Nem's protective celebrity manager; revealed in Cases 45–46 to be the Phantom Gore Nightmare. See our recap for the reveal in full.
• Three — played by Yuki Tamaki.
• Five — played by Shin Koyanagi.
• Kureha Miyamoto — played by Yuzuki Hirakawa.

Behind the camera

Case 1 was written by Yuya Takahashi and directed by Kazuya Kamihoriuchi; Takahashi has stayed on as head writer through the Cases 45–46 endgame block, with Jun Watanabe directing that stretch.
