Shipping Information

All orders ship tracked. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

Handling Time

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Delivery Time

• Canada: approximately 5-12 business days after handling.
• United States: approximately 7-14 business days after handling.
• United Kingdom and other international destinations: delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs processing, and high-demand periods (holidays, new releases) can extend delivery time.

Duties and Taxes

Any import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority are the responsibility of the customer and are billed by the carrier on delivery, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Multiple Items, Multiple Packages

Some orders contain items from different suppliers and may arrive in separate packages, on different days, each with its own tracking number.
