Returns
Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Packaging must be intact. Opened blind boxes, opened gashapon capsules, and worn apparel are not eligible for return.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened blind boxes or mystery items.
- Wall art, canvas prints, and custom-made items.
- Apparel that has been worn or washed.
- Items marked Final Sale.
How to Start a Return
Contact us through the contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
